At Polomacavelli Clothing, your satisfaction is our style statement. If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to make the return process easy and stress-free.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Please note: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Gift cards

🔁 How to Return

  1. Start Your Return: Email us at OfficialPolomacavelli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send return instructions including the shipping address.

  3. Ship It: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

🔄 Size or Style Didn’t Work?

We currently don’t offer exchanges. For a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email OfficialPolomacavelli@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
